CCD, Colony Collapse Disorder. Even sounds bad when you don't know what it is. If you do know what it is, you KNOW it is bad. Bees are flying away from their hives and never returning. OK, so if you aren't a beekeeper this isn't a big deal right? WRONG. The culprit behind the bees is all our pesticides we are putting on our genetically engineered, non-organic, grow it quick food. Yup, the veggies we are eating aren't good for the bees, what are they doing to us?
We are so used to allowing the government and big business (one in the same most of the time) put our blinders on we don't consider what they might be doing or not doing behind all those closed doors. Does it really make sense for the EPA to allow the labs that do the creating of these Frankenpestcontrols to do the safety testing also? Alright we keep our blinders on, the bees continue to disappear and so does our food supplies. Ma Nature does things for a reason and she is sending us a warning now.
Continual destruction of our planet will eventually be the death of us all, it won't just be the bees. Try to make a change while you still can. Buy organic. Grow your own. Demand accountability from government for allowing big business to run things. Wake up, while we still can.
